Durch eine zentrale Plattform sollen medizinische Ger\u00e4te effizient verbunden, klinische Abl\u00e4ufe verbessert und die Patientensicherheit erh\u00f6ht werden. Dabei entstehen L\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr einheitliche Bedienoberfl\u00e4chen, automatisierte Dokumentation und eine zentrale Steuerung medizinischer Systeme. definierte Durchdringung des Beckenrings erm\u00f6glicht, angestrebt. Dies wird voraussichtlich zu einer signifikanten Verbesserung der chirurgischen Pr\u00e4zision und Sicherheit bei Eingriffen am Beckenring f\u00fchren. Ein flexibler Bohrer, der sich den individuellen anatomischen Variationen anpassen kann, wird \u00c4rzten und Chirurgen helfen, genaue Durchdringungen vorzunehmen und das Risiko von Komplikationen zu minimieren. Das vorliegende Projekt konzentriert sich auf die Untersuchung innovativer Ans\u00e4tze zur Entwicklung eines flexiblen Bohrers, der sich adaptiv an die individuellen anatomischen Variationen an-passen kann: In einer umfassenden anatomischen Analyse werden zun\u00e4chst die Struktur und Morphologie des Beckenrings detailliert untersucht, um ein fundiertes Verst\u00e4ndnis f\u00fcr dessen biomechanische Eigenschaften zu erlangen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Basierend auf diesen Erkenntnissen werden daraufhin Konzepte f\u00fcr die Steuerung, den Biegemechanismus und das Schneidwerkzeug des flexiblen Bohrers entwickelt und mithilfe von Simulationen hinsichtlich ihrer Leistungsf\u00e4higkeit bewertet. Zudem soll eine Planungs- und Navigationssoftware erstellt werden, die den Eingriff vorab \u00fcber 3D-Bildgebungsdaten plant und diese Daten w\u00e4hrend des Eingriffes mit 2D-Bildgebungsdaten abgleicht und somit eine Navigation erm\u00f6glicht. Im weiteren Verlauf werden Prototypen der Ein-zelkomponenten und des flexiblen Bohrers hergestellt und umfangreich evaluiert. Zum Erreichen dieses Zieles m\u00fcssen sowohl Medizinger\u00e4tehersteller als auch Hersteller von Kommunikationstechnik bei der Entwicklung ihrer Produkte unterst\u00fctzt werden. Im Projekt wird dazu beispielhaft eine OP-Leuchte entwickelt, welche mit unterschiedlichen Netzwerktechnologien (LiFi, WiFi, Ethernet) gesteuert werden kann. Damit wird eine Testung der Kommunikationstechnik in einer realistischen Umgebung erm\u00f6glicht. Dazu wird auf die langj\u00e4hrige Expertise im Bereich der Modellierung und Integration medizintechnischer Systeme zur\u00fcckgegriffen, insbesondere in einer offen vernetzten OP-Umgebung.<br \/>\nAuf Ebene der Nachrichtentechnik ist die SurgiTAIX Anwender der Kommunikationstechnik, arbeitet eng mit den Partnern aus der Nachrichtentechnik im Projekt zusammen und bringt Anforderungen und Erfahrungen aus dem Bereich der medizinischen Anwendungen ein. Auf Seiten der Medizintechnik wird intensiv mit den Partnern KLS-Martin und\u00a0ICCAS\u00a0zusammengearbeitet. Dazu z\u00e4hlen vor allem die Aspekte Zulassung, Betrieb und Standardisierung. Technischer Kern sind Entwicklungen im Bereich der Integration von Sensorik in\u00a0<span class=\"caps\">6G<\/span>, die Entwicklung von Technologien f\u00fcr eine erweiterte Netz-Intelligenz sowie Konzepte und Technologien f\u00fcr eine intelligente Verteilung von Rechenressourcen und einer effizienten Vorverarbeitung der Daten auf verschiedenen Ebenen der Infrastruktur. Hinzu kommen Frakturen infolge exzessiver einmaliger Krafteinleitung (Sturz, Schlag etc.). Die Aktivit\u00e4t der betroffenen Patienten ist zun\u00e4chst sehr begrenzt und nimmt \u00fcber den Heilungsverlauf allm\u00e4hlich zu. Die Bestimmung des Heilungsfortschritts ist jedoch entscheidend f\u00fcr die zielgerichtete klinische Handlungsempfehlung. In den meisten F\u00e4llen wird das Stadium der Frakturheilung vom Arzt mit Hilfe von R\u00f6ntgenbildern beurteilt. Insbesondere die radiographische Bildgebung besitzt Nachteile wie den Bedarf an teurer Spezialausr\u00fcstung, Personal und der Exposition des Patienten gegen\u00fcber ionisierender Strahlung. Dar\u00fcber hinaus sind die Ergebnisse vielfach zu unspezifisch, nicht quantitativ, und h\u00e4ufig inkonsistent.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Projektziel<\/strong><br \/>\nIm Rahmen des <strong>SensEMI<\/strong>-Vorhabens wird die Eignung eines innovativen implantierbaren mikroelektronischen low-power Sensorsystem auf der Grundlage der elektromechanischen Impedanz im Ultraschallfrequenzbereich erforscht, um Heilungsprozesse bei Knochenbr\u00fcchen kontinuierlich zu \u00fcberwachen (Osteosynthese-Monitor). Hierbei ist die Healing-Sensing-Technologie unmittelbar mit einer Standardorthop\u00e4dieschraube verbunden. Die Daten werden per akustischer Daten\u00fcbertragung zun\u00e4chst an ein Kommunikationsmodul gesendet und von dort aus zu einem mobilen Endger\u00e4t bzw. Krankenhausinformationssystem.
